Andrew Brengle joins us from KLD Research & Analytics, Inc. Since 1988,
KLD has been providing social/environmental research and screened indexes
on publicly held companies to help institutional investors make informed investment
decisions. KLD launched the world's first screened index, the Domini 400 (KLDSDS),
and more recently the KLD Global Climate 100 (KLD) and the KLD Global Sustainability
Index, which includes regional and worldwide indexes covering sustainable
practices around the world.
Rafael Coven is Index Advisor to the Cleantech Index (CTIUS), which tracks
the market performance of 76 leading publicly traded cleantech companies worldwide.
It is available in the U.S. as a PowerShares ETF (PZD) and in Israel (KSMCTIUS).
Matt Patsky manages porfolios and Elizabeth Levy analyzes companies at Winslow
Management, a pioneer in green investing since 1983. Known for its 5-Star
Morningstar-rated small cap mutual fund, the Winslow Green Growth Fund, they
launched a mid-cap fund this year, the Winslow Green Solutions Fund.
Patrick McVeigh is one of the original social/green financial advisors, having
been involved with client portfolios for over 25 years. His firm currently
manages about $300 million in assets and advises on another $4 billion in
assets.
Ton Rennen joins us from Triodos - one of the world's few completely sustainable
banks, located in The Netherlands. In addition to banking services, Triodos
manages green private equity funds, microfinance funds and several mutual
funds.
