H Associates, an award-winning firm is seeking an accomplished and motivated Project Manager with 9-15 years experience in professional architectural design and construction.
Responsibilities:
Design Development
Project management at the construction documents and administration phases
Overseeing project teams
Managing client/consultant relationship
Qualifications:
Architectural degree with 9-15 years professional experience
Professional registration as an architect; CA-State registration is a plus
Strong design initiatives
English/Korean bilingual skills; Minimum conversational Korean is required
Excellent (English) communication, writing and organizational skills
Experience managing project teams and client/ consultant relationship
Professional experience including residential, office and/or hotel design and construction
Experience with large-scale performing arts hall is a plus
Ability to redline, organize and implement quality control over contract documents
Willingness for frequent travel (domestic and international) and long term travel
Interest in mentoring junior designers and architects
Overall project management experience with mixed-use projects in LA vicinity is a plus
Experience with sustainable design in LA vicinity is a plus
