Ohlhausen DuBois Architects is an award-winning firm with a diverse portfolio including single and multi-family residential, institutional and commercial projects.
Position Overview:
Ohlhausen DuBois is seeking an accomplished Project Manager with 8+ years experience, including 6+ years in high-end, modern, residential design and construction. Experience with institutional and not-for-profit work is a plus. Responsibilities will include design, project management and overseeing project teams.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have:
Excellent design skills
Good communication, writing and organizational skills
Experience managing project teams and client & consultant relationships
Extensive knowledge of residential construction documentation and administration
Ability to redline and implement quality control and drawing standards in the office
Interest in mentoring junior designers and architects
Excellent AutoCAD skills
Experience with sustainable design
Professional registration as an architect
Strong inclination toward teamwork with an outgoing nature
Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience level.
