Solar Sales Representative

Clear Skies Solar is a publicly traded international solar energy company.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with experience selling solar energy systems. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of selling solar systems to commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
Sales of turnkey commercial solar electric systems primarily in NJ.
Prospecting for and qualifying self-generated leads
Pursue company-provided leads generated from multiple sources
Conduct site evaluations
Conduct all communications w/ the customer until assignment of project manager
Qualifications:
1+ years experience in sale of PV solar systems.
Verifiable sales track record and references
Aptitude for technical sales
Ability to work independently in the field
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic
Desired additional requirements (Preferred but not necessary):
Educational background in engineering and or construction
