We have a 50 year land lease and permits to develop an ecotourism site in Cao Bang province, in North Vietnam.
Catuna's business plan is to grow industrial crops and trees, animal rearing, growing and outsourcing spices and production of biogas from wastes from the above agricutural activies. Furthermore, as far as the ecotourism is concerned, Catuna plans to build several stone cottages, using abundantly available stones on the site that Catuna holds a permit to develop.
Catuna is thus looking for long term and realiable investor(s)/partner(s) for the realisation of the business plan.
