Freegreenergy.com is a partnership between a 'clean' energy provider, an eco-friendly product supplier and a group of Realtors who have come together to launch a summer campaign offering FREE ELECTRICITY to new home buyers for 6 months to promote green living.
Our mission is to minimize our carbon footprint through the use of clean energy, recycling, energy saving by living in energy efficient homes and using bio-degradable products.
Freegreenergy.com seeks to generate significant income through the sales of new homes. The new home buyer is the focus and the target market. They are motivated to use our realtors to guide them through the often grueling home buying process, initially, to get their first 6 months of electricity paid, and additionally to learn of ways to continue to save on energy costs with the added bonus of saving the planet.
The advantage for the new home builders is the extra incentive of 6 months of free electricity to move their inventory homes. The product supplier also gets to promote their products and generate sales through the realtors who have been trained on eco-friendly products and other ways of environment preservation. The energy provides gains to sign on new clients.
With the depressed housing market and increased energy costs, we feel this campaign has come at an opportune time. The team at Freegreenergy.com have worked hard to secure these partners and have already launched the campaign by giving out flyers. This has proven ineffective, time consuming and energy inefficient. After consultations with business advisors, we concluded that advertising via the newspapers, direct mail and radio will be most effective to get phones ringing and contracts signed.
The budget of $25,000 does not include radio ads, which will be paid with the money generated from the closed contracts.
